About Us

We work with you to make sure your pet has the best possible grooming experience. So we need you to make sure we have all the information we need to be successful. Examples being…issues regarding your dog’s health background, negative grooming experiences in the past, aggression towards other dogs or people and your pets behaviour. Behaviour includes not wanting their feet or back end to be touched… stressing out when being bathed and separation anxiety.

Your pet is treated the way we treat our own dogs. They become part of our grooming family. We don’t crate. We try to create a “home” atmosphere for the dogs. One where they will feel more comfortable. They can walk around, play with toys or just curl up on the dog bed while they wait for your arrival.

Our best quality is our patience. We understand their levels of fear and their need to feel safe. We do 1 dog at a time and during that appointment, our full attention is given to your pet. We are appointment based only and do everything we can to keep our prices low. It is our goal to assist you in keeping your pet healthy and that starts with skin, coat, ears and nails.

We have many clients who have been with us for the lifetime of their pet… and that makes us feel blessed. Some are on their second or third dog. That makes us feel like we are truly doing something right.
